Safeguarding your data is our utmost concern, but there are instances beyond our control where data may become inaccessible. These scenarios include disabled iPhone screens, unpowered devices, or forgotten patterns/passcodes. It's important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for any data loss on your device. To ensure the safety of your data, it is recommended best practice to regularly back up your information to cloud storage or external devices.

30 Day Pick Up Window

To address a high rate of abandoned devices, we have implemented a firm 30-day pickup timeframe. Beyond this 30-day period, Nice Device assumes no responsibility for the device or its data. We kindly request that you reach out to our team if you require an extension for device retrieval. Should the 30-day deadline pass without retrieval, we will deem the device abandoned and proceed with proper disposal or recycling.
