Return Window

You may return your purchased products within 14 days from the date of purchase. This return window applies to all products purchased from Nice Device both online and instore. For Warranties visit our warranty section. Past the 14 day window we will not refund or accept a return. Please note this is for returning products and not claiming a warranty.

To be eligible for a return
please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • -The product is in its original condition with all included accessories, packaging, and documentation.
  • -The product has not been damaged or altered in any way.
  • -The product is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). --For lost receipts we can only track it if it was paid for with a debit card (for instore orders)

  • Physical Damage: Our warranty does not cover physical damage or any subsequent damage to the repaired device. This includes, but is not limited to, cracked screens, water damage, and other forms of physical damage.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: If the device has been subjected to unauthorized modifications or repairs by a third party, the warranty is void.
  • Software Issues: Our warranty does not cover software-related issues, such as software updates, software errors, or data loss.
